📋 Description

• Define and lead the long-term influencer vision and roadmap • Architect 360° influencer programs across key campaigns • Build and manage a high-impact creator ecosystem • Lead agency partners and investment with a focus on performance • Establish measurement frameworks connecting influencer activity to outcomes • Embed influencer into broader marketing planning • Set the vision for a culture-first, brand-rooted social ecosystem • Define channel roles across owned, influencer, and paid • Lead platform strategy while identifying emerging spaces • Build frameworks for maintaining brand clarity in culture • Partner with Creative to evolve a distinct voice • Translate performance into clear actions to improve brand impact • Strengthen community engagement, building meaningful interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Influencer, Social, or related fields • Proven ability to set vision and build systems • Deeply immersed in culture and platforms • Strong test-and-learn mindset • Fluent in modern marketing tools and technologies • Highly analytical • Experienced people leader • Strong cross-functional partner • Brings both creative ambition and operational discipline
