📋 Description

• Develop strong relationships to understand ChowNow’s continually evolving organization • Own the hiring efforts for various positions across multiple departments on both technical and non-technical side • Develop creative recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders • Focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement • Reports to the Recruiting Manager • No direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Full Cycle Recruiting (including scheduling) in the tech industry • Proven track record of building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates across varying disciplines both technical and non technical roles • Prior experience extending offers and closing candidates and are able to manage several requisitions at once • Developed boolean searching skills • Take a partnership approach to working with engaged hiring managers • Experience developing and utilizing your network to engage and attract passive candidates • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever preferred • Experienced in effectively managing a high volume of candidates • Desire to deliver excellence while providing an exceptional candidate experience • Enjoy writing engaging and personalized messages and have a proven record of high response rates • Hyper-organized with your pipeline and don’t let candidates fall into the black hole.
