📋 Description

• Identify and surface qualified candidates for active client searches on a project basis • Receive role briefs from the Practice Leader, including job description, candidate profile, compensation range, and search parameters • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, boolean search, referrals, direct outreach, personal tools, and networks • Conduct light phone or video screens when requested • Submit candidates directly to the Practice Leader with resumes and structured screening notes • Communicate candidate availability, compensation expectations, and interest level in each submission • Follow up on submitted candidates as directed by the Practice Leader • Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates • Pure sourcing role with no client management, process ownership, or reporting responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience • Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn, boolean search, or equivalent tools • Experience conducting candidate screens and documenting results • Strong written communication skills — screening notes must be clear and structured • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize independently • US market recruiting experience required • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Prior experience in an agency, RPO, or multi-client recruiting environment (nice to have) • Experience sourcing across multiple functions including technology, finance, operations, sales, and HR (nice to have) • Familiarity with ATS platforms for candidate tracking (nice to have) • LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent passive sourcing tool access (nice to have)
