📋 Description

• Work with department leaders to understand existing workflows and operational challenges • Identify repetitive, time-consuming, and manual processes suitable for automation • Evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities based on business impact, efficiency gains, organizational needs, implementation requirements, and potential return on investment • Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows across departments • Utilize AI platforms, automation software, APIs, and integration tools to develop practical solutions • Evaluate technologies such as Claude, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Make, and other relevant platforms • Integrate automation solutions with existing business systems, including Nexus and other internal applications where appropriate • Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and easy for employees to use • Automate KPI reporting, business analytics, and recurring management reports • Develop automated asset management reporting and tracking processes • Streamline transportation tracking, shipment updates, and related communications • Automate repetitive administrative processes supporting Rental Representatives and Associate Reps • Improve contract generation, document processing, and approval workflows • Identify additional automation opportunities across Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and other departments • Monitor existing automations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and reliability • Troubleshoot technical issues and improve workflow performance • Maintain documentation of automated processes, system integrations, and procedures • Train employees on newly implemented tools and workflows • Measure time savings, productivity improvements, and overall business impact • Collaborate with IT and software providers when system access, integrations, or technical support are required

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing, building, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions in a business environment • Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate • Experience working with AI platforms and large language models such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies • Experience with APIs, system integrations, databases, and data processing • Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or comparable scripting languages • Demonstrated ability to independently manage automation projects from concept through implementation • Experience analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement • Preferred: Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP, CRM, reporting, or other enterprise systems • Preferred: Experience developing automated reports, dashboards, and data analytics workflows • Preferred: Background in operations, logistics, asset management, or service-based businesses • Preferred: Experience implementing AI solutions across multiple departments or locations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects • Curious and continuously exploring emerging technologies • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to identify practical solutions to complex business challenges • Strong technical aptitude and hands-on development capabilities • Ability to translate operational needs into functional automation solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical employees • Strong project management and implementation skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Commitment to data security, confidentiality, and system reliability • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize business needs
