📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Agentforce solution design and execution • Architect, build, and deploy custom Agentforce solutions, including Omni-Channel Service Agents, Sales SDR/Lead Nurturing Agents, and internal Employee Agents • Configure and optimize Omni-Channel escalation subagents and outbound flows • Enable seamless transition from AI agents to human representatives • Gather operational requirements across Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations • Write formal technical pitches and architecture blueprints for developers and administrators • Write, test, and deploy production-grade Apex triggers, invocable methods, and asynchronous routines • Implement Data 360 (Data Cloud) models for prompt grounding, interaction session tracing, and reporting • Deliver structured technical handoff packages • Maintain version control discipline and code quality through GitHub pull requests • Track Credit Consumption metrics • Build Data 360 dashboards to demonstrate AI business value and ROI • Report to the Director of Revenue Operations Excellence • Support Custom Ink’s operational AI transformation by bridging AI capabilities with human expertise for Sales, Service, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce technical experience spanning development and administration • Deep expertise in Apex, including triggers, invocable methods, asynchronous Apex, and test classes • Advanced Flow Builder expertise • Proven track record shipping AI agents from design to build in a live production environment • Hands-on experience building or deploying Agentforce agents, including Service Agent, Employee Agent, or Sales/Lead Nurturing Agent • Direct experience configuring Omni-Channel routing, escalation flows, and agent-to-human handoff workflows • Experience leveraging Data 360 (Data Cloud) for grounding, context ingestion, and session tracing • Practical exposure to Credit Consumption monitoring and Data 360 reporting architectures • Track record of driving complex technical work through written technical pitches, architecture specifications, and stakeholder management • Strong Apex coding capabilities alongside Flow and AI configuration • Experience gathering cross-functional requirements and navigating conflicting business priorities • Experience shipping live AI tools to production, understanding session tracing and credit consumption, and building fallback mechanisms for human teams • Ability to deliver clear, structured technical design documents • Experience maintaining deployment standards and continuous handoff packages with GitHub Pull Requests • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II • Must reside in a state where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer
