📋 Description

• Determine the root cause of aging invoices using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Leverage system functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices • Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership • Contribute ideas for process improvement • Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers • Maintain open lines of communication and build rapport through timely, professional service • Investigate account issues and respond to customer inquiries • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and improve payment outcomes • Continue developing collections-process skills and knowledge • Perform other duties according to team and/or country-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum 2 years of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience • Bilingual French requirement • French language proficiency required (spoken and written) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (preferred) • Effective and flexible communication skills (preferred) • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills (preferred) • Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions (preferred) • Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment (preferred) • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment (preferred)
