📋 Description

• Determine the root cause of aging invoices using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Use systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices • Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership • Contribute ideas for process improvement • Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers • Maintain open communication and build rapport through timely, professional service • Continue developing collections-process skills and knowledge • Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team or country-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum 2 years of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred • Effective and flexible communication skills preferred • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills preferred • Critical-thinking skills and ability to use judgment and make sound decisions preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, deadline-driven environment preferred • Value a diverse and inclusive work environment • Bilingual Spanish preferred
