📋 Description

• Handle outbound and inbound calls • Collect on accounts that are past due • Provide top-tier support and service to customers • Complete mandatory full-time virtual training for five weeks • Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting the application

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service and prior collections experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer and typing literacy/proficiency • Ability to work with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously • Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Must be 18 years or older • Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona • Designated home-based workspace, preferably quiet and free from distractions • Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload • Wireless, DSL, and satellite internet service providers are not compatible • Spanish fluency for the bilingual role; verified Spanish fluency qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase • Full-time availability for mandatory Monday-Friday virtual training, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, with 100% attendance required • Availability for Monday-Friday shifts of either 9:30 AM-6:00 PM or 10:30 AM-7:00 PM • Saturday availability from 5:30 AM-2:00 PM • Other qualified experience may include call center, sales, retention, resolution, debt recovery, delinquency, negotiations, or repossessions
