📋 Description

• Identify required documents and complete application preparation, validation, submission, pickup, and return to customers for visas, passports, and related services • Provide accurate information about visa and passport requirements, processing, and delivery • Help customers make informed decisions and ensure applications and documents are accurate, complete, and timely • Provide real-time customer updates throughout the process • Meet or exceed Service Level Agreement standards while handling a high volume of calls and emails • Develop expert skills in visa and passport processing to maximize efficiency and productivity • Collaborate with Processing, Dispatch, and Liaison teams • Build and expand the customer base and educate customers about added-value products • Provide solutions and resolve client issues • Document information in CIBT's secure database while maintaining data integrity and records retention requirements • Stay current on product and service enhancements, system updates, and requirement changes • Assist colleagues and other teams as requested • Maintain client confidentiality and securely handle documents and personally identifiable information • Complete work in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree or Associates Degree with two years' experience or equivalent • 1-5 years' experience; highly desirable: experience in travel, hospitality or embassy/consulate relations • Fluency in written and spoken English • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong client service mentality • Solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
