📋 Description

• Provide advisor-facing transition consulting for all channels including Empowered Independence • Execute repapering and asset movement across all channels/tiers • Partner cross-functionally and optimize processes • Gather data and prepare/submit forms; monitor account transfers in person and virtually • Monitor and resolve NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork issues impacting asset movement • Troubleshoot and escalate transition-related issues • Improve and expedite the asset movement process • Support new Financial Professionals moving their existing business to Osaic across all channels • Deliver a seamless, consistent onboarding and repapering experience for Financial Professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred • H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be considered • SIE/S7 or S99 required within 12 months • Previous Financial/Transition experience 1-3 Years • Industry Licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses • Previous work experience in financial services • Thorough understanding of the account opening and transfer process • Technical knowledge of asset movement • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional communication skills • Self-starter, quick learner, resourceful, and results oriented
