📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing recruiting team delivering high-quality client services • Set performance standards and goals, assess progress, and address performance gaps • Coach direct reports and conduct regular one-to-one and team meetings • Manage performance processes and provide feedback • Foster trust, collaboration, inclusion, and learning within the team • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and become integrated into client organizations • Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders on new-client implementation • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction, recruiter productivity, and sourcing metrics • Work with recruiters and hiring leaders to build relationships and trust • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and support recruiting strategy • Drive strategic hiring strategies, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, and use of recruitment technologies • Participate in client meetings, provide updates and data, and address service-delivery gaps • Support client recruitment process needs and leverage shared delivery resources • Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency • Share best practices and support organizational initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field, preferred • Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role • Experience coaching peers or managing a team • Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
