📋 Description

• Support the Global CSM and Pod structure in effectively running the business • Act as the operational lead and ensure alignment with strategic goals • Own and oversee service delivery in collaboration with Customer Success Senior Managers • Lead regional service governance processes • Support Global Client Service Leaders and POD Leaders with customer relationships and escalations • Educate Delivery teams on client contract schedules • Manage Change Request commercials and support contract renewal negotiations • Maintain client contract documentation with Analysts and the Legal Team • Oversee billing and contractual and Change Request charges with Analysts and Finance • Identify and support upsell opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and right-first-time quality • Improve profitability and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones • Experience leading delivery from North America, supported by India • Experience managing teams and customer relationships across different countries • Deep understanding of global payroll operations, outsourcing models, and compliance requirements • Strong background in service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships and driving customer satisfaction
