📋 Description

• Act as a brand ambassador for the client • Provide proactive and timely communication on search status • Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements • Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans • Source candidates using multiple online platforms • Engage with candidates through various media • Prepare candidates for interviews and keep them updated • Draft and utilize phone interview templates • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details • Provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities

🎯 Requirements

• High Volume recruiting background • Experience in Manufacturing environments (e.g., Hiring Machine Operators, Maintenance, Forklift) • Background in recruiting for US • Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience • Experience using recruitment technologies (e.g. ATS) • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of common HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred
