📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic partnership strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key bank partner contacts • Track mutual lead generation growth against historical benchmarks and implement corrective actions • Identify partnership risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance • Analyze bank partner opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining software integrations and service levels • Collaborate with underperforming bank partners on performance improvement action plans • Provide internal stakeholders with updates on partner performance, cost analysis, and key metrics • Educate banking partners and mutual customers on the value of integrations • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams • Act as the main point of contact for integrated bank partners, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and educate partners on products and services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HOA SAAS Software and/or HOA Banking experience • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic partnership strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships • Analytical skills to evaluate bank partner performance and identify areas for improvement • Project management skills to oversee bank partner integrations and contractual obligations • Understanding of compliance requirements and working with internal teams to ensure CINC is adhering to banking requirements • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools • Must be proficient in Excel and SalesForce • Travel approx. 30%
