📋 Description

• Develop professional expertise and apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues • Identify, prioritize, and communicate with leadership and stakeholders • Provide contract, budget, development, negotiation, and management assistance • Develop and strengthen relationships with departments whose services and products are integrated • Follow up on outstanding issues and escalate relevant issues as appropriate • Assist stakeholders and business operations staff in developing agreements compliant with CCHMC policies and regulations • Negotiate, draft, and process contracts with public and private entities • Manage research funding agreements with federal and state governments, foundations, and industry sponsors • Support research and academic collaborations, including multi-site projects and data/materials transfer, research collaboration, services, network, consortium, and registry agreements • Provide centralized support for 1–3 divisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of CCHMC policies and regulations, including HIPAA, FDA, HSRP, and export compliance • Contract negotiation, drafting, and processing knowledge • Clear, diplomatic, effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to provide guidance and training on budget and contracting issues
