📋 Description

• Manage an assigned territory and all service partners within it • Analyze and forecast territory needs • Monitor service partner capacity and performance • Source new providers when the current network needs expansion • Negotiate prices with new and existing service partners • Coach and train service partners • Interact with service partners regarding goal setting, performance, workflow guidelines, and responsibilities • Manage productivity, monitor workload, and ensure quality standards and revenue goals are achieved • Support compliance with client, office, and company standards, policies, and procedures • Provide service partner guidance, tools, best practices, and training needs • Identify, research, communicate, and help resolve systemic or process issues • Provide territory analysis for strategic planning and future opportunities • Perform service partner audits • Vet potential new service partners and complete onboarding • Develop sourcing plans for new client implementations and ensure service partner readiness and an active dispatch matrix • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Four year college degree or equivalent work experience • Preferred six months experience in the SFR or Commercial facilities maintenance industry • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work in a flexible and production orientated environment • Effective decision making and problem solving skills • Must be able to work overtime as needed • Proficient to advanced PC Skills including (but not limited to) MS Word, MS Excel, email, internet and customized database management • Must be able to read and/or interpret numbers and letters correctly • Must work with numbers to calculate timeframe and evaluate costs and losses • Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time • Occasionally stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 15 pounds • Regularly use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus • Sedentary position requiring 8 hours of sitting at a desk in a climate controlled environment with frequent computer, mouse, 10 key touch and phone work
