📋 Description

• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain moderately complex clinical systems • Support system testing and document testing outcomes • Develop technical solutions using development lifecycle processes and documentation • Schedule clinical systems training and build environments where applicable • Develop educational technology content and improve education and learning processes • Participate in process improvement and use multivariate learning modalities • Take ownership of tasks, communicate issues and roadblocks, and support project-related communication • Work with cross-functional teams and attend design and leadership meetings • Consult with end users to support clinical workflows, applications, and training materials • Identify best practices for clinical system use and training • Support or lead design, development, and implementation of application requests • Support or lead project plans for moderately complex projects • Determine project scope, coordinate resources, and complete assigned tasks and documentation • Coordinate communication between internal and external parties • Consult with end users to develop and validate system requirements • Provide advanced troubleshooting and outstanding end-user support • Monitor Service Level Agreements for incident management • Plan and execute clinical system training and create advanced education and training materials • Promote change management policies and procedures • Provide timely and effective customer follow-up and maintain CCHMC's CARES service standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline • Knowledge of oncology workflows, treatment plans, infusion workflows, medication administration processes, and oncology clinical documentation • Epic certifications such as Beacon Oncology, Ambulatory, Orders, Willow, or related clinical applications preferred
