📋 Description

• Provide assistance and services to patients, families, staff, and external agencies with patient registration, admission, and scheduling • Investigate and resolve customer requests, questions, and problems according to CCHMC policies and procedures • Contact outside representatives to request information or assistance in resolving problems • Support Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management, and Regulatory functions by obtaining and accurately entering required data, information, and forms • Explain system errors to management and recommend system changes • Complete and authenticate documents and questionnaires for regulatory compliance • Ensure patient safety by identifying the correct patient, identifying special needs, and preparing isolation precautions for patients with infectious disease indicators • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient/family medical and financial information • Access only information and records necessary to perform position responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline • Must live within driving distance (approximately 50 miles) of the main hospital location in Cincinnati, Ohio • Remote work is allowed only from Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana • Availability for Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule
