📋 Description

• Execute seasonal go-to-market and service strategies across the New York, Vermont, and Connecticut region • Drive brand growth, awareness, and sell-through through retail support, community engagement, and field activations • Support retail partners through in-person store visits, product demos, and sales-floor engagement • Deliver product presentations to educate and motivate retail staff and consumers • Implement merchandising and promotional activations using product and point-of-purchase materials • Engage retail and community partners to build Altra excitement and awareness • Represent Altra at local and select national events, races, and expos • Support consumer trial and education through community activations and experiential opportunities • Foster relationships that drive advocacy and repeat sell-through • Partner with Sales Representatives to develop and execute territory service plans • Collaborate with Field Service teammates on education initiatives and activations • Gather and share insights on product performance, competitor activity, and industry trends • Complete accurate and timely activity reporting using designated tools such as Repsly • Maintain field assets and demo footwear • Manage travel, expenses, promotional materials, and product seeding • Meet deadlines for projects, reports, and action items • Achieve individual and team goals, service standards, and field metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of specialty retail experience; run or outdoor specialty preferred • 2+ years of marketing, sales, or field service experience • Familiarity with the Altra product line • Experience fitting and selling technical footwear • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to take initiative • Reliable transportation • Ideal candidate resides in the greater Westchester area • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory • Ability to attend consumer events, races, and expos, including possible evening and weekend work

🏖️ Benefits
