📋 Description

• Execute seasonal go-to-market and service strategies across the Ohio and West Virginia area • Drive brand growth, awareness, and sell-through through retail support, community engagement, and field activations • Support retail partners through store visits, product demos, and sales floor training • Execute merchandising, promotional activations, and seasonal brand initiatives across the territory • Represent Altra at community events, races, expos, and consumer engagement activities • Build relationships with retail and community partners to increase brand awareness and advocacy • Partner with Sales Representatives and Field Service teams on territory plans, training, and activations • Gather and share consumer feedback, product performance, competitor activity, and market trend insights • Maintain accurate reporting, manage field resources, and ensure operational excellence • Achieve territory goals through consistent execution, organization, and proactive problem-solving • Report to the Regional Field Service Manager • Travel frequently within the assigned territory, including consumer events, races, and expos; evening and weekend work may be required

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience and professional achievements • Familiarity with the Altra product line • Experience fitting and selling technical footwear • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to take initiative • Reliable transportation • Ideal candidate resides within the Columbus, Ohio area • 1+ year of specialty retail experience preferred; running or outdoor specialty preferred • 2+ years of marketing, sales, or field service experience preferred
