📋 Description

• Become an expert with lead generation tools to build targeted prospect lists • Proactively prospect freemium accounts with relevant, human touches • Qualify prospects using targeted, relevant questions; nurture them and understand needs prior to an initial sales meeting • Schedule discovery calls for the Customer Success Team and meet or exceed monthly quotas for attended discovery calls • Execute multi-channel outreach through phone, email, and social using a sales development platform • Handle top-of-funnel objections while demonstrating interpersonal and technical skills • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to build and execute account communication plans • Coordinate demos with Sales Engineering and log all activities in Salesforce • Research and mine the existing database to build monthly call lists • Close sales by educating prospects on product value and guiding them through the buying process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a similar role with a strong track record; internships, projects, or early-career wins count • 0–1 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in IT Enterprise Software • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed team • Strong, professional communication skills in English—written and verbal—with great listening skills • Demonstrated ability to achieve daily sales metrics • Ability to deliver engaging presentations (virtual and phone) • Drive, grit, team-orientation—a strong desire to compete and win • High integrity and perseverance—you follow through • An athlete mindset: coachable, goal-oriented, and resilient
