📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain standardized reporting packages across multiple CPG practices, leveraging automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure data accuracy. • Support the standardization of financial reporting, revenue reviews, and analytical processes across the CPG organization. • Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations across revenue, expenses, and headcount to identify key business drivers and support business decision-making. • Partner with Commercial Finance leaders to analyze business performance, identify trends, and deliver meaningful financial insights. • Serve as a pilot user for new reporting, AI, and automation tools, identifying opportunities to streamline recurring analysis and reporting activities. • Partner with Accounting to identify, track, and resolve variances between reporting systems, ensuring alignment between financial and management reporting. • Support headcount planning, revenue reporting, month-end financial packages, and ad hoc analyses aligned to business priorities. • Assist in the development of business cases and support strategic reporting initiatives, including Complete Food and Complete Beauty programs. • Support the rollout and adoption of new reporting tools, templates, and standardized processes across CPG practices, including documentation and user training. • Assist with account transfer validation activities to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper financial alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, revenue analytics, or reporting • Advanced Excel proficiency required, including experience with complex formulas, Power Query, large datasets, reporting automation, and financial analysis • Experience developing or automating recurring reporting using tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Excel add-ins, or similar workflow automation solutions • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate variances, identify underlying business drivers, and translate findings into actionable business insights • Experience working with large datasets to analyze trends, support decision-making, and improve reporting processes • Ability to create, document, and standardize reporting processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across teams • Comfort leveraging modern productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and AI assistants, to streamline analysis, reporting, and documentation while maintaining strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and develop practical solutions to business challenges • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus.
