📋 Description

• Provide adult primary care through a telemedicine-first approach • Empanel patients to support high-quality, continuous care • Conduct two-way video-audio appointments lasting 15 to 30 minutes • Diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions • Prescribe medications, including S2 substances, under a valid Arizona DEA registration • Set recurring schedules across available days, including evenings and weekends • Coordinate with patient care advocates and the licensed medical clinical team • Provide patient care and follow-up through the Circle Medical platform and proprietary HIPAA-compliant EHR • Help deliver an evidence-based primary care experience

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification • Currently licensed in Arizona with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Valid Arizona DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2 • Ideal candidates will have experience as primary care providers in a clinical setting • At least 3 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for APPs • At least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for Physicians • Psych certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Collaborative Practice • Commitment to evidence-based medicine • Willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions • High degree of technical skill utilizing software • PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2021 • Devices must have a minimum 16GB of RAM • Applicants must reside in the United States of America
