📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution for Circle's onboarding, compliance, and risk platform • Own the end-to-end product vision for internal infrastructure and externally facing platform capabilities • Set and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for onboarding, KYC/KYB, compliance, and risk • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Financial Crimes, Operations, Engineering, and Data • Translate regulatory obligations into scalable, automated product capabilities • Productize compliance and risk infrastructure into documented platform services and APIs • Drive strategy for case management, risk scoring, entity screening, and monitoring systems • Establish metrics, SLAs, and controls for onboarding conversion, false-positive rates, review throughput, and risk coverage • Represent the platform to executives, regulators, auditors, and enterprise customers • Align stakeholders around trade-offs and scale the platform securely across products, jurisdictions, and customer segments

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive product leadership experience building and leading product teams in compliance, risk, identity, onboarding, or trust & safety domains • Experience at a fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure company • Deep working understanding of KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, sanctions/OWL screening, and transaction monitoring • Proven ability to deliver internal platform infrastructure and externally facing productized capabilities • Track record of setting portfolio strategy and driving measurable outcomes across multiple teams • Ability to lead through influence across technical, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders through executive level • Strategic and analytical mindset using data to prioritize investment and quantify risk and impact • Clear, concise executive communication and judgment in high-stakes, ambiguous decisions • Preferred: experience in crypto, stablecoins, digital assets, or regulated financial infrastructure • Preferred: exposure to AI/automation for compliance, risk decisioning, or case management • Preferred: experience with platforms used by external enterprise partners and developers • Preferred: familiarity operating across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
