📋 Description

• Maintain facilities through light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work • Provide general maintenance support, including painting, building or repairing structures, interiors, shelving, and cabinets • Perform cleaning and other basic maintenance • Troubleshoot, repair, clean, and perform preventive maintenance on store equipment • Contact service vendors to facilitate repairs and obtain materials • Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams • Participate in training for existing and new equipment • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results • Drive a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred • Manual dexterity to operate equipment and work in confined spaces • Ability to use hand/electric carts, power tools, and hand tools • Ability to crouch and/or crawl and use a ladder • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities • Ability to work independently • 3–5 years of experience in the A/C, Refrigeration, or General Maintenance field • Ability to drive a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division • Must meet the physical requirements of the role, with reasonable accommodations considered
