📋 Description

• Perform commercial roof repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance • Install, repair, and maintain TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, flashing, sealants, and associated components • Assist with roof inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs • Safely operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection systems • Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at project sites • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow OSHA regulations and Daniels safety procedures • Work with the Roofing Foreman / Superintendent to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule • Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed • Travel extensively throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred • Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing • Knowledge of commercial roofing safety practices and OSHA requirements • Ability to safely work at heights and in varying weather conditions • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel extensively • Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
