HySafe is an engineered fall protection company that designs, engineers, supplies and installs custom fall protection systems and components for work-at-height safety. HySafe provides systems such as cable lifelines, rigid rail, rooftop and custom-engineered solutions, plus equipment (anchors, harnesses, connectors, rescue tools) and an annual recertification/inspection program to ensure OSHA and ANSI compliance. The company serves a wide range of commercial and industrial customers (transportation, manufacturing, retail/commercial, oil & gas, government, education, data centers, etc. ) and operates locations in Wisconsin and Florida.

📋 Description

• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete installation projects within guidelines • Interpret and communicate project specifications to team/contractors • Enforce safety regulations and resolve work- or personnel-related issues • Understand project scope and prepare thoroughly for successful, safe installations • Assist managers with inspections and reports to verify work conforms to specifications and schedules • Initiate repairs or replacements and adjust procedures as needed • Maintain excellent customer relationships and consistently communicate project details • Oversee installation of fall protection systems at worksites across the United States • Travel up to 100% of the time, frequently outside of the local area

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 4 years construction field experience • Experience with power tools • Possess personal set of hand tools used for installation projects • Previous experience working at heights up to 100 feet (preferred) • Strong communication skills with comfort interacting directly and professionally with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members • Demonstrates HySafe’s core values: Respect, Positivity, Urgency, Mastery, Precision • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, frequently outside of local area
