Circular Action Alliance is a nonprofit, producer-led Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) that coordinates and implements extended producer responsibility (EPR) and stewardship programs for paper and packaging across multiple U. S. states. CAA provides harmonized compliance services, producer registration and reporting, program administration, and stakeholder engagement to advance an efficient, effective circular economy for packaging materials.

📋 Description

• Lead business needs analysis sessions to define and document solution requirements, detailed user stories, user personas, and acceptance criteria • Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to align state and national business requirements into cohesive technology solutions • Conduct impact analysis, data flow mapping, and feasibility assessments • Analyze and model business processes, workflows, user flows, and data structures to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies • Participate in evaluating and selecting technology solutions • Support developers and solution architects in leveraging AI capabilities for scalable solutions • Participate in test planning, use case development, and solution validation • Support solution design, testing, and deployment of system enhancements, upgrades, and fixes • Review and support user guides, training materials, and process documentation • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business analysis standards and best practices • Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability through deployment • Develop and maintain BRDs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts • Support backlog prioritization and requirements refinement • Maintain documentation including user stories, requirements, test cases, and release notes • Use Jira, Lucidchart, and other IT PMO tools for backlog management, progress tracking, and workflow visualization • Contribute to IT PMO/Portfolio templates, processes, and agile delivery practices • Perform other job-related duties as assigned • Report to the Director IT PMO and Portfolio Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 7+ years of Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Requirements Management, or business-facing solution delivery experience • 5+ years of experience supporting the design, delivery, and maintenance of solutions • Experience with solution delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall • Strong experience in business process analysis, process design, and capability mapping • Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics, Integration, or Customer Portal solutions • Experience identifying, evaluating, and delivering AI-enabled business solutions • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business and technical teams in a global environment • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills • Experience working in a regulated environment with evolving business, compliance, or reporting requirements preferred • Experience working across stakeholders in a completely remote organization is a plus • Experience in the Health Insurance or Supply Chain industries is a plus
