📋 Description

• Lead organizational operational functions across cloud, software, and on-premise compliance portfolios • Support strategic country engagement to ensure global regulatory alignment with compliance operations and Cisco’s cybersecurity objectives • Provide leadership for EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance • Manage customer trust implications of major industry evolutions, including frontier AI models in Project Glasswing • Integrate team operations with Cisco’s Product Organization to drive alignment and prioritization • Prioritize Sales and customer requirements so compliance efforts support revenue growth and customer success • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and multi-vendor relationships to optimize operational efficiency • Accelerate the transition to AI-enabled compliance through automation that improves speed and accuracy • Lead complex operations reviews across cross-functional product and sales organizations • Engage senior executives at VP level and above as key stakeholders • Establish, track, and report clear goals and success metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of substantive work experience related to technology, cybersecurity, or complex operational environments • Deep expertise in cybersecurity • Experience in technical or engineering roles within complex product architectures • Experience leading complex operations reviews across cross-functional product and sales teams • Experience managing complex budgeting, financial forecasting, and multi-vendor relationships • Ability to engage senior executives at VP level and above • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is helpful but not required • Technical certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CCNP are desirable but not required • Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to lead in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive organizational focus • Experience establishing, tracking, and reporting clear goals and success metrics • Data-driven decision-making, process automation, and AI solution implementation
