📋 Description

• Drive product strategy and execution for the agentic SOC within Cisco’s flagship security operations platform • Partner with engineering and customers to identify critical security operations challenges • Translate security operations challenges into actionable product requirements • Prototype and validate solutions through hands-on product work and demonstrable results • Collaborate with cross-functional go-to-market teams to launch new capabilities • Ensure successful capability rollout to customers • Lead analyst briefings for Agentic SOC capabilities with leading market research analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity with 12 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8 years of experience; or PhD with 5 years of experience • Experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) workflows, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat intelligence, and incident response processes • Experience with AI, machine learning, or large language models, including personal or professional projects • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive leadership, customers, and engineering teams • Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment • Strong ownership and accountability • Demonstrated curiosity and active listening skills
