📋 Description

• Lead software Threat Intelligence delivery for multiple Talos cloud services and products • Lead multifunctional teams of product management, development, QA, support, and operations personnel • Define, build, and launch software applications from ideation through delivery • Lead software product core teams for multiple services and concurrent releases across global international teams • Drive programs from business requirements gathering and use-case definition through final execution • Develop multifunctional schedules and manage scope and resources • Implement best practices to continually improve the program experience • Identify, escalate, and resolve critical issues affecting program schedules and feature commitments • Lead complex stakeholder relationships and secure necessary resources and commitments • Deliver regular program status updates to management and executives • Maintain program documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, Master’s degree plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years of complex program management experience • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field • 6+ years of experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-functional initiatives from initial concept through global deployment • 6+ years of experience using Jira to build advanced project roadmaps and structured data reports • Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies • Background supervising SDLC execution within distributed cloud environments such as AWS or Azure • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with varying levels of management • Ability to understand, resolve, and communicate technical and business issues • Ability to influence peers, managers, and directors while navigating ambiguity • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Organized and meticulous, with integrity and reliability • Ability to drive, communicate, and gain support for decisions in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maneuver priorities across organizations
