📋 Description

• Execute a strategic communications plan for the SVP of Americas Service Provider to advance business priorities and deliver customer outcomes • Create messaging that informs sellers, engages customers, and positions the executive as a thought leader • Develop thought leadership platforms, messaging, keynotes, presentations, and strategic and organizational communications deliverables • Create communications for both external and internal audiences • Design and deliver scalable communications, content, tools, and information to equip sellers • Implement and manage communication vehicles for effective delivery to sellers • Gather feedback and synthesize learnings into insights that improve executive effectiveness • Partner with Americas and Global Sales Communications teams, business leads, and key functions to align messaging • Develop and manage social media strategy • Collaborate with sales leaders, managers, executives, and partners across the company • Execute communications with consistent excellence and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience • Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field • 5+ years of internal/external communications experience across varied disciplines, such as organizational communications, executive communications, and public relations • Experience supporting VP+ level executives • Ability to travel 10–20% domestically and internationally • Experience supporting sales leadership in a communications capacity highly preferred • Strong writing and storytelling abilities • Experience building relationships with highly matrixed stakeholders • Understanding of multiple communications disciplines • Strong knowledge of the business and broader global affairs • Experience advising or working directly with senior executives • Ability to partner globally across diverse constituents and organizations • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
