📋 Description

• Develop executive briefings, stakeholder updates, talking points, and concise summaries of maturity and implementation progress • Translate technical findings, risks, dependencies, and recommendations into clear language for varied stakeholder audiences • Support communication planning for system implementation waves, pilots, architecture reviews, and operational readiness activities • Maintain consistent terminology and messaging across scorecards, reports, use cases, engineering artifacts, and implementation updates • Coordinate inputs from technical leads and validate communications against approved source material before release • Capture stakeholder feedback and ensure communications-related actions are routed to appropriate delivery owners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field • Three or more years of communications or technical writing experience in IT, cybersecurity, or Federal programs • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information for executive and nontechnical audiences • Strong editing, presentation development, stakeholder coordination, and quality control skills • Ability to manage recurring communications in a fast-moving technical environment • Experience supporting cybersecurity modernization or Zero Trust initiatives preferred • Experience preparing Federal executive briefings and decision materials preferred • Familiarity with architecture, engineering, or implementation terminology preferred • PMP or CAPM, Security+, or technical communication certification preferred
