📋 Description

• Provide technically competent Loss Control Services in accordance with company policies and procedures • Provide support services within the territory to help acquire and retain profitable business • Conduct loss control services and training for customers to help reduce losses • Maintain specialized state-of-the-art professional capabilities in loss control support for workers' compensation products • Accomplish risk improvement by providing management consultation services • Develop recommendations for hazard control • Survey and service commercial risks of any size and/or complexity for workers' compensation coverage • Meet or exceed all service standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7 to 9 years of loss control experience working for a major writer of workers' compensation insurance is preferred • Strong workers' compensation knowledge • Ability to conduct training programs and classes for clients • Basic knowledge of underwriting and product management skills • Broad knowledge of commercial lines of insurance coverage, engineering principles, loss control concepts, and safety standards and codes • Strong industry designations (e.g., Associate in Risk Management, Certified Engineering Technician, Certified Safety Professional) considered • Extensive use of computers and software programs is required
