📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical authority for Cisco’s CCaaS partner ecosystem • Accelerate revenue growth by helping partners close complex enterprise deals • Deliver comprehensive technical enablement programs for partners • Design sophisticated, scalable architectures addressing customer pain points • Demonstrate the value of Cisco’s integrated technology stack • Aggregate critical field feedback to influence future product roadmaps • Bridge partner strategy and technical execution to drive customer success and business expansion • Support design and deployment of cloud-native contact center environments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of professional experience in Pre-Sales Engineering or Consulting within the software, cloud, or AI sectors • Minimum of five years of technical experience across contact center technologies, including Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration • Demonstrated proficiency in CCaaS, CPaaS, and AI-powered customer experience architectures • Current industry-recognized certification in Collaboration, such as CCIE Collaboration • Demonstrated expertise as a subject matter expert in cross-functional forums • Proven track record providing strategic guidance on complex technical initiatives • Exceptional ability to distill intricate concepts into compelling presentations for executive stakeholders and technical engineering teams • Advanced experience integrating CRM platforms, vertical/industry-specific applications, and emerging AI interoperability frameworks such as MCP and A2A • Proven aptitude for cross-departmental collaboration and mentoring junior team members • Strong data-driven analytical decision-making and process-improvement capabilities
