📋 Description

• Prospect daily by knocking doors, making calls, building relationships, and creating opportunities • Perform detailed inspections for rodent activity, entry points, and termite presence in attics and crawlspaces • Identify species, assess severity, and determine the right solution • Present findings and recommend treatment plans • Close new business and manage the pipeline from first contact to signed agreement • Track activity, inspections, and revenue • Generate business and consistently produce results in a quota-carrying sales role

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to sell and close • Demonstrated success in sales, field service, or a performance-based role • Strong communication and problem-solving ability • Valid Florida driver’s license • Clean background and drug-free • Comfortable working in field environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.) • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision • Willingness to prospect consistently • Ability to think on your feet during inspections and communicate clearly with decision makers and home owners
