📋 Description

• Engage early and frequently with customers and partners alongside the Renewals Manager • Solve technology challenges and address competitive risks • Evaluate solutions to meet customer needs and enhance product experience • Build customer and channel partner relationships and align with the CX recurring revenue strategy • Apply technical expertise across related Cisco products and services within a defined architecture • Support renewal execution for mid-market or regional accounts with moderate complexity • Participate in customer discussions to understand renewal needs and tailor messaging to business priorities • Highlight Cisco differentiators using pre-developed materials adapted to customer context • Identify adoption, competitive, and technical risks and contribute to resolution planning • Prepare renewal quotes and collaborate with internal stakeholders on pricing and terms • Support moderately complex renewal components by aligning known solutions to customer needs • Suggest renewal options based on product knowledge and senior team input • Participate in scalable renewal motions using shared tools and processes • Identify repetitive tasks and suggest automation or simplification opportunities • Share product-specific insights and renewal learnings with peers • Use software tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled systems to streamline renewal workflows • Surface customer-feedback gaps and suggest improvements to renewal outcomes • Collaborate with account teams, customer success, and operations • Own assigned renewal opportunities and coordinate with internal stakeholders • Adapt renewal plans based on feedback and share process learnings to support consistency and execution quality

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing high-volume, transactional opportunities while supporting consultative renewal strategies • Understanding of renewal processes, procedures, systems, and renewals lifecycle concepts • Experience developing value propositions across multiple go-to-market channels • Knowledge of software subscription, licensing, and support-service contracting models • Ability to manage multiple priorities and issues simultaneously • Experience in a sales environment involving direct customer engagement and channel sales collaboration • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and partners • Program management experience driving innovation, process improvements, and scalable solutions • Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative renewals team • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM/CPQ • Knowledge of Gainsight or similar Customer Success Management platforms • Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise sales business models, customer lifecycle metrics, recurring revenue, retention, and growth drivers • Adaptability within evolving processes and ability to recommend improvements
