📋 Description

• Monitor internal systems, external data, and open-source information for potential security risks • Perform first-level reviews and triage incidents to assess impact on employees, assets, or operations • Communicate physical security and safety incidents to partners with urgency and accuracy • Support research, administrative, and investigative efforts • Generate detailed incident reports and maintain up-to-date documentation • Track employee travel to high-risk locations and ensure travel security requirements are met • Analyze data, investigate incidents, and collaborate with partners to safeguard Cisco employees and assets worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Global Security Operations Center or similar environment OR 4+ years of experience in another physical security role • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to work outside regular hours for major incidents or shift coverage • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Customer-focused attitude and passion for service excellence • Experience in high-tech environments • Eagerness to learn new tools and processes • Comfort working in a remote, collaborative team environment • Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally, to support Cisco events or GMC operations on-site
