📋 Description

• Align Splunk SE operations with Cisco’s go-to-market strategy • Partner across sales, finance, IT, and business functions • Design and improve activity tracking processes using AI, CRM platforms, and reporting systems • Build and maintain forecasting models, pipeline visibility tools, risk signals, and performance insights analytics • Oversee and optimize run-the-business tools, systems, and processes for accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and global user adoption • Gather requirements for operational enhancements • Own technical solution design • Partner with developers and the business to ensure delivered products meet expectations and timelines • Drive consistency and reliability in SE operational data and tools • Build trust in operational data and tools, including sponsoring data governance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years of related experience • Proven experience with Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, specifically Salesforce CRM • Hands-on experience with data management and Data Analytics solutions, including Tableau/BI and Snowflake • Proficiency in SQL and scripting for data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Demonstrated experience in Technical Solution Design and gathering requirements for operational enhancements • Experience developing AI agents to aid business operations and improve efficiency (preferred) • Strong Project Management and organizational skills (preferred) • Advanced data analysis skills, including identifying data quality issues and correlating them with data policies, processes, and systems (preferred) • Ability to navigate all levels of the organization and interact effectively with audiences of varying skill sets and authority (preferred) • Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on continuous improvement and scalability of business systems (preferred)
