📋 Description

• Design the enterprise MarTech roadmap for AI-native growth • Lead the Architecture Review Board to manage technical debt and global standards • Integrate autonomous AI agents into core marketing execution layers • Ensure robust compliance guardrails for Generative AI • Monitor ecosystem health and platform adoption using KPIs to drive revenue impact • Lead transformational change across the organization • Partner with Analytics, IT, and Data Engineering to build infrastructure that maximizes ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-scale MarTech architecture or systems engineering • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Proven experience managing large transformations across cross-functional teams • Hands-on experience with AI governance • Understanding of attribution modeling • Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA • Preferred: Experience in multi-touch attribution (MTA) • Preferred: Technical proficiency with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms • Preferred: Experience managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Adobe Marketo Engage • Preferred: Track record of driving alignment across cross-functional executive leadership
