📋 Description

• Serve as a technology solution consultant to customers and the Cisco account team • Provide technical information and guidance on Cisco products and services • Partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical function • Showcase Cisco solutions through customer presentations and technical demonstrations • Create bills of materials (BoMs) • Run proof-of-concept activities • Partner, consult, influence, and design solutions aligned with customer outcomes • Leverage Cisco technology, services, and support specialists • Collaborate with the Account Manager on account planning • Educate customers on Cisco differentiation and create demand • Establish Cisco brand preference • Align Cisco product and service capabilities with customer business drivers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-related experience • Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings in the technology area of emphasis • CCNP or CCIE preferred • BS/BA in EE/CS or relevant experience preferred • Customer intimacy skills preferred • Pre-sales experience preferred • Candidate must reside or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
