📋 Description

• Provide architecture leadership across the assigned portfolio and align solution decisions with business priorities and Enterprise Architecture direction • Guide delivery teams through architecture decisions, dependencies, sequencing, trade-offs, implementation plans, and milestones • Lead portfolio planning by identifying dependencies, sequencing initiatives, and reducing technology risk • Lead, develop, and optimize approximately nine Solution Architects and associated contract resources • Develop Solution Architects through coaching, mentoring, architecture reviews, and career development programs • Own solution architecture development, implementation roadmaps, and transition planning • Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, resiliency, and maintainability of delivered solutions • Lead solution design and implementation planning for application modernization, cloud transformation, AI/GenAI initiatives, and engineering improvements • Ensure solutions comply with Enterprise Architecture standards, cybersecurity policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and partner with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, Data, and Product teams • Translate complex technical concepts into recommendations for executive stakeholders • Use architecture and operational metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness and identify improvements • Assess emerging technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns • Foster technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 12+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering, Application Architecture, or Solution Architecture • 5+ years of leadership experience managing highly technical teams • Demonstrated progression from hands-on engineering into architecture and leadership roles • Experience partnering with technology leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders on complex technology initiatives • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills • Proven experience leading large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives within complex environments • Deep expertise in Solution Architecture and application modernization • Experience across cloud, integration, data, security, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled solutions • Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Platforms, API and Integration Architecture, Data Integration, DevSecOps and CI/CD, secure solution design, AI/GenAI, Agile and SAFe delivery, and banking risk, regulatory, and control frameworks
