📋 Description

• Lead NPI and Technical Sales Enablement as a Technical Program Manager • Ensure Solutions Engineers and Architects are technically ready for product launches • Operationalize the formal NPI intake model • Govern the Launch Tiering Framework aligned to the Cisco Product Development Methodology (CPDM) • Drive implementation of structured content for agentic NPI enablement • Leverage AI tooling to increase team workflow efficiencies • Deliver high-quality technical enablement across release phases from Alpha to General Availability • Maximize market impact through effective technical readiness • Bridge Product Management, Engineering, and GTM Field Leadership • Integrate agentic experiences and AI innovation into technical seller enablement

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Technical Sales Enablement experience in enterprise cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity • Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) life cycles, stage-gate governance, and tracking systems such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence • Strong understanding of technical selling personas (SEs/SAs) and the assets and skills required for NPI readiness • Professional background in security, ITOps, observability, or data management and analytics • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with AI agents, automated content workflows, and modern enablement tooling pipelines • Ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Field Sales teams without direct authority • Prior experience or specific knowledge of Splunk products and ecosystems • Ability to develop metrics and reporting using Power BI or Tableau • Exceptional orchestration skills to manage complex interlocks between Technical Marketing and Product Management
