📋 Description

• Own strategic product-led customer engagements • Own product-led workstreams for a portfolio of strategic customers • Consolidate and report weekly on product-led workstream status per customer to customers and Splunk go-to-market leaders • Plan and execute product-led technical summits with key accounts, in person or remotely • Consolidate resulting product-led workstreams • Connect the Strategic Product Engagement Team with Splunk’s product organization • Define and hold Splunk product teams to rigorous KPIs • Use collaboration and AI tools to analyze status and trends • Provide executive-level summaries that drive strategic decision-making • Serve as lead or co-owning TPM while maintaining project artifacts including risk registers, RACI charts, and technical deployment plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of experience in technical program or product management • Strong focus on IT/TechOps, SRE, or cloud platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to synthesize technical data into executive-friendly summaries • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMER • Experience with ITSM platforms including JIRA and ServiceNow • Experience with Webex, Slack, and MS Office • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, DevSecOps, and SDLC project management frameworks • Advanced ability to define success metrics and interpret complex dashboards • Ability to derive technical conclusions to refine engineering strategy • Preferred: experience with Splunk Cloud Platform, Enterprise, or Enterprise Security • Preferred: familiarity with ITIL, change management frameworks, or SRE practices • Preferred: experience with financial management and resource planning for large-scale engineering programs
