📋 Description

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs to align technology solutions with business and mission requirements • Define system scope and objectives based on user needs, business systems, and industry requirements • Analyze complex business and technical challenges and recommend procedures or system modifications • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and user requirements and system requirement specifications • Develop descriptions of user needs, program functions, workflows, and application requirements • Evaluate business implications of technology solutions in current and future operating environments • Coordinate with Air Force-led agencies to enhance and implement systems capturing, accessing, and displaying logistics information • Facilitate requirements enhancement, operations, and sustainment for prototype applications, models, and databases • Identify solutions for system integration concepts, challenges, and requirements • Identify logistics and FMxC2 process improvements and recommend courses of action • Identify system changes supporting military and commercial logistics requirements, including OEM support • Support FMxC2/MAF LOG C2, Global Reach, and LEAP system requirements • Manage FMxC2/G081 enhancements supporting air-to-ground communications and mission generation • Provide Tier 1 end-user support as required • Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with FMxC2/G081 and associated modules and interfaces • Experience with GDSS, Global Reach, ETIMS, IETM, EMOC, and LEAP • Experience analyzing business and user needs and translating them into documented system requirements and specifications • Senior or advanced technical-level complex systems analysis experience • Experience identifying business process improvements and technology-enabled solutions • Experience with system integration concepts, applications, databases, and operational requirements • Agile software development experience and training • Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and values • Ability to collaborate with technical teams, end users, government stakeholders, and cross-functional partners • Experience or knowledge of Remedy • Experience or knowledge of Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management • Experience or knowledge of PL/SQL Developer • Experience or knowledge of CSCS DevOps tools and practices • Experience or knowledge of DI2E • Experience or knowledge of HP ALM • Experience or knowledge of Visual Studio and Git • Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Experience or knowledge of Cloud One AWS and Microsoft Azure • Experience or knowledge of DISA environments • CompTIA Security+ preferred • U.S. Citizenship is required
