📋 Description

• Manage user testing and reporting, including issue triage, progress tracking, milestone prioritization, and client reporting • Prepare and deliver client training sessions, product demonstrations, and training materials • Define upstream and downstream data integration mappings and product configurations • Support conversion strategy definition, mock conversions, final go-live, and issue tracking • Participate in production comparisons and reconciliation using BR Data Control • Drive match-rate improvements through new rule definitions and daily reporting • Complete production-readiness checklist activities and support transition into business-as-usual operations • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to deliver implementations on time • Collaborate with internal teams and mentor or guide junior team members • Travel to client sites when required for workshops and implementation activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of Corporate Actions, Dividends & Coupons experience from a financial institution or FinTech • 3 years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant delivering SaaS projects to Wealth or Capital Markets organizations • Demonstrable critical thinking and proactive problem-solving • Client-facing experience and ability to build strong client relationships while defending Broadridge’s position • Experience with large-scale projects and understanding of the full project lifecycle and governance • Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting • Ability to handle multiple workstreams and assignments simultaneously • Ability to understand and challenge detailed information • Data analysis skills, including SQL and Excel • Asset Servicing platform experience in a wealth management, investment banking, or other financial environment • Subject matter expertise in Asset Servicing, including Dividends, Coupons, Tax, and Mandatory & Elective Corporate Actions • Understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle, including event capture, data quality, position and transaction types, entitlement processing, trade generation, ledgers, and integration with US market participants • Product knowledge covering Equities and Fixed Income • Previous Broadridge or Broadridge product experience is desirable • Reconciliations experience, ideally with BR Data Control • Experience working in an agile environment with JIRA
