📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison for assigned business areas and provide consultative guidance on business and user needs and technology solutions • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare user stories, business requirements, system specifications, and programming specifications • Provide functional and technical support during development, implementation, and testing of complex projects • Develop user acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases; conduct functional and user acceptance testing and obtain user sign-off • Monitor system implementation, operational readiness, warranty support, production support, project analytics, and reporting • Facilitate business requirements gathering and determine technical impacts • Review and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and collaborate on technical design • Assume the product owner role as necessary • Develop system documentation, flow charts, workflow tables, mapping documents, integration specifications, system training, user guides, scorecards, and reports • Communicate technical issues and solutions to business units in non-technical terms • Support business architecture, business process design, capability roadmaps, and domain strategy development • Perform root-cause analysis and issue resolution for technology solutions • May participate on an agile development team and work on complex projects, systems, or initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience in application development, testing, and/or business/systems analysis • High school diploma or GED • Thorough knowledge of information technology fields and computer systems • Proficiency in requirements-gathering methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Understanding of architecture standards and ability to apply them in design work • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment • Strong critical-thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions aligned with business objectives and strategy • Thorough knowledge and experience of systems, subsystems, development methodologies, systems architecture, tools, and processes supporting assigned business initiatives or systems • Experience applying research methodology to business solutions • Knowledge of systems development concepts and methods • Experience with business requirements and business process analysis • Experience managing multiple priorities • Industry knowledge in the related business area
