📋 Description

• Lead business analysis and project coordination for initiatives across Arthrex’s Medical Education Technology platforms • Translate business needs into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Define scalable business processes, configure systems, and optimize data workflows • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Develop documentation supporting new platform features and updates • Balance business goals with technical feasibility and sustainability in solution design • Create and maintain process diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups • Lead vendor evaluations and third-party tool integrations • Lead key projects and critical activities for the Medical Education Technology Division • Ensure quality assurance and user acceptance testing standards • Document processes and models to identify potential improvements • Gather and evaluate post-launch user feedback to inform iterative improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar • 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment • Or a minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst at Arthrex • In-depth knowledge of business analysis, Agile methodologies, and digital workflow documentation • Advanced proficiency with Asana, Planhat, and Intellum • Advanced understanding of business systems, requirements gathering techniques, and system integration principles • Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and business communication skills • Ability to function effectively as a primary contact with internal project teams and external clients • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks and projects on time • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously • Experience with Asana, Jira, Microsoft, and Lucidchart preferred • Experience with building workflows and automations, solutions architecture, Agile methodologies, and QA & UAT preferred • Experience collaborating with multifunctional teams and subject matter specialists preferred • Experience leading and managing projects preferred • IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP), or similar, preferred • Technical certifications or professional development related to Project Management, Product Management, Agile, or similar preferred
