📋 Description

• Support and administer transfer agent system functions, emphasizing specific outputs or services • Document client requirements and maintain the shareholder recordkeeping system • Troubleshoot and resolve issues • Run periodic batch and reporting jobs • Review and approve client output • Assist with vendor and client billing functions as needed • Mediate between technical and operational teams during client onboarding and change control • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external customers regarding services and related system functions • Perform other duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field • 0–3 years of mutual fund industry experience • Knowledge of shareholder recordkeeping systems, reporting processes, and data delivery mechanisms • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat • Troubleshooting ability using creative and critical thinking • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills • Initiative-taking, strategic, and meticulous approach with commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability • Ability to use time and information resources effectively with associates • Problem-solving and decision-making ability • Clear and concise written and oral presentation skills • Active listening and support for open exchange of ideas and information • Ability to identify, arrange for, and obtain resources to accomplish individual and department goals • Ability to establish and develop effective working relationships with associates and clientele • Ability to adapt priorities and deadlines to changing conditions and unexpected obstacles • Equivalent education, experience, and KSAs will be considered
