• Manage project deliverables including process analysis, root cause analysis, problem identification, requirements gathering, benchmarking, user story development, and solution implementation • Analyze software programs, applications, and web services • Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of functional requirements • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, product owners, other divisions, and UX/UI designers • Identify process improvements through automation and system redesign • Document business requirements, process maps, use cases, user stories, and functional and non-functional requirements • Facilitate customer discovery sessions and create business process models and workflows • Conduct user research, identify features and epics, draft user stories, and validate them with users • Analyze and de-conflict requirements, data, and information from multiple sources • Create wireframes and mock-ups with UX/UI designers and incorporate user feedback • Apply functional and non-functional understanding of NCMEC software systems and technical architecture • Report to the Director, Product Management Office
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience • U.S. Citizen or U.S. Resident due to sensitive information access • Basic competence in at least one programming language, such as Java, C Sharp, JavaScript, Python, or SQL • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Experience with business process modeling techniques including BPMN, DFDs, RADs, and EPC • Experience eliciting requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, process reviews, and workflow analysis • In-depth understanding of Business Process Modeling • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models • Knowledge of Agile and traditional project and business environments • Proven experience in a technical Business Analyst/Business Process Analyst role • Experience with Visio, Jira, and Confluence is a plus • Ability to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of highly sensitive information • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Ability to collaborate with developers, customers, project managers, product owners, and quality test analysts • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to interact with business and IT personnel at all levels, including executives • In-depth understanding of business needs and ability to establish and maintain customer trust and confidence
• 100% remote work • Less than 10% travel requirement • Generally Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm schedule • Business Analysis and/or Agile certifications are highly desirable
